Meet Dana
Dana Mercier started Capital Drain to be the plumber she would want to call: the phone answered, a time you can plan around, and the price agreed before the tools come out. She does the work herself and keeps the van stocked, so most jobs finish in one visit.

Good to know
Do you give free quotes?
Yes. Call or send the form, and for most jobs Dana can give you a price after a quick look.
How soon can you come?
Usually the same or the next working day. A leak or a backed-up drain goes to the front of the list.
Do I get a price before you start?
Always. You agree the price before any work begins, and it does not change unless you ask for more.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm, and Saturday, 8 am to 2 pm. Emergencies like a burst pipe, flooding or a sewer backup are answered any time, day or night.
Do you work on gas lines or furnaces?
No. Capital Drain does plumbing only: drains, pipes, water heaters, toilets, taps and sump pumps.
